Financial Services Authority (FSA)

Since 14th January 2005, we have been authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).  The FSA was established by government to provide a single statutory regulator for financial services.  The FSA is committed to securing the appropriate degree of protection for consumers and promoting public understanding of the financial system.
