Financial Services Authority (FSA)

Since 14th January 2005, we have been authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).  The FSA was established by government to provide a single statutory regulator for financial services. 

As of the 1st April 2013, the FSA will be reformed and we will be regulated by the new Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) 

Our FCA Register number is 313200.  You can check this on the FCA's Register by visiting the FCA's website  www.fca.org.uk  or by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768.
